A visionary leader and spiritual guide whose deep connection to the earth and soul-driven purpose fuels her passion for empowering women to step into their full potential. Born in South Africa, Sam’s life work is rooted in a powerful calling to uplift women, guiding them on their journeys of self-discovery, purpose, and transformation.
As the founder of Sam Sahara, she creates sacred spaces for women to align with their soul’s true calling, fostering empowerment in every aspect of life. Through her transformative global retreats, online courses, workshops, and curated events, Sam ignites the passions of women, helping them unlock their unique gifts and build thriving lives and businesses.
Leading the Modern Midlife Revolution, Sam teaches women a no-BS approach to thriving in their midlife and beyond. As a Midlife Coach, she empowers women to break through the barriers that hold them back and embrace their true power and authenticity at any stage of their midlife journey.
A meditation teacher on InsightTimer, Sam contributes to a global community of over 30 million, offering her guidance to help women find peace, clarity, and balance in their lives. Also, driven by her own quest for deeper healing and wellness, Sam’s exploration of innovative wellness modalities and tools has significantly supported and shifted her health and life. Now, she guides other women in taking charge of their health, unlocking their highest potential, and creating a life of thriving.
Mary DiMeglio
CO-FACILITATOR
A lifelong student of all aspects of physical and mental wellness, Mary "Mare Bear" DiMeglio has dedicated her life to learning how to be as healthy and happy as possible and sharing that knowledge with others.
Mary is founder and director of Mishana Yoga & Wellness in Philly, where she shares Yoga, Dance, Meditation, Sound Healing, Goal Guidance Life & Wellness Coaching, Spiritual Counseling and Reiki Energy Healing.
She also has been teaching over a dozen different wellness and personal development seminars in corporate offices, schools, healing-arts festivals, and community centers since 2018.
She brings wisdom and optimism everywhere she goes, and is honored to guide you to joy and vibrant wellness through the world's oldest spiritual healing practices.
